Day 1Arrive at Delhi or Chandigarh for Volvo pickup.

Arrive at the Volvo station in Delhi or Chandigarh. Our representative will arrange a Volvo bus for you from there. Sit back and enjoy an overnight journey from Delhi/Chandigarh to Manali. Travel through winding mountain roads, picturesque valleys and beautiful views to complete your journey to Manali. Enjoy the overnight journey and wake up amidst the refreshing beauty of the Himalayas.

Day 2Arrive at Manali and Explore

The bus arrives in Manali in the morning. Our representative will pick you up by private cab and drop you at your booked hotel and help you to check in. After freshening up, enjoy Manali's local sightseeing tour. Start your trip by covering Hadimba Devi Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple. Next, head to the Club House, where you can enjoy a variety of fun activities such as skating, disco, ziplining, table tennis and much more. After spending an enjoyable day, return to the hotel in the evening, have a delicious dinner and relax overnight in Manali.

Day 3Solang Valley in Manali

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel and then proceed with a day tour to Solang Valley, known for stunning mountain views and adventure sports. During summer, enjoy lush green surroundings and pleasant weather, and in winter, see white landscapes covered with snow. Adventure sports like paragliding, ropeway, zorbing, skiing, snow scooters, and horse riding can be done with an extra cost. Also, you can do some trekking to Anjani Mahadev, depending upon the weather and road conditions. In the evening, come back to the hotel, have dinner and relax overnight in Manali. Note for the Winter Season: During heavy snowfall and bad road conditions, vehicles may not reach Solang Valley. In such a case, sightseeing will only be possible till Barrier Point, depending upon local conditions. Optional Sightseeing – Extra Cost: Rohtang Pass / Snow Line You can also visit Rohtang Pass / Snow Line at an additional cost. The journey will include scenic spots like Kothi, Gulaba and Marhi. This sightseeing will depend on the weather conditions, road conditions, permission from the government and availability of vehicles. Rohtang Pass is closed on every Tuesday and winter.

Day 4 Explore Manikaran, Kasol & Kullu - Head to Shimla

Start your day by having breakfast at the hotel and get ready for an awesome adventure on your tour with your partner. Your first destination would be Manikaran, which is well known for its natural hot water springs and view of the river, as well as temples. Further, the second destination on your tour would be Kasol - a small village in Parvati Valley. Then, head towards Kullu, where you will visit the popular Vaishno Devi Temple and Kullu Shawl Factory. After that, you will travel to Shimla, which is also famous as the Queen of Hills. You will get to drive through the beautiful hills. Upon arrival in Shimla, our representative will help you get transferred to the hotel. Enjoy a pleasant evening with your partner, have dinner and relax at the hotel.

Day 5Shimla Local Sightseeing & Kufri – Departure

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel and get ready to explore Shimla with your partner. First, head to Kufri, located around 22 km from Shimla, famous for its beautiful mountain views and seasonal charm. You can also visit Kufri Fun Park and Himalayan Wildlife Zoo (entry tickets and activities at your own cost). Later, return to Shimla and explore popular attractions such as Indian Institute of Advanced Study, The Ridge, Christ Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Johnnie's Wax Museum and Lakkar Bazaar. Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 2000.00 Per head Per Tour.
60 - 45 Days before Check in Date 25% of the package amount.
45 - 30 Days before Check in Date 50% of the package amount.
30 - 15 Days before Check in Date 75% of the package amount.
15 - 7 days before Check in Date 100% Retention.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be applicable based on the cancellation timeline.
Service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be made through our customer support.

The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is no-where bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification ( e.g, Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card) at the time of check-in into the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in into the hotel or wherever required.
As per the Government of India, rules all Foreign guests need to produce their Passport and Visa documents and Indian Guests Photo ID Proof(Passport, driving license, PAN Card, Voter ID card) to the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid any inconvenience at the date of checkout.
The hotel reserves the right of admission / cancellation of booking if guests fails to provide suitable identification proof at the time of check-in. Company will not be responsible for such aforesaid reasons.
Check in and checkout timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels policy. Early check-in or late check-out are on request basis only and subject to rooms availability.
In case of non-availability of hotels given in package, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standards / category.
Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12 years
Meal Plan, if any, are specified in the voucher issued by Hotel and the same is applicable from the check in time of 12 noon, standard terms for a plan. Meals will be served as per the hotel policy. Extra, if any, will be payable by guest directly.
The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed or as based on the hotel policy. In case of child, hotel / package booked ‘without bed’ basis, and you Aprilided to take extra bed, then you have to pay that cost directly to hotel.
High Season / Festivals/ Peak season surcharges are applicable.
The rescheduling of date/postponement shall be treated as cancellation and confirmation of new dates subject to availability and in case of change of rates the difference shall be payable by the guest /tour operator.

If a guests make a payment through any gateway, then extra above the package cost will be charged between 2% to 3.5% as processing fee.

For package confirmation you have to pay token amount. Then the HTZ reservation team will be sharing temporary voucher. After temporary voucher 30% to 50% of the package amount to be paid otherwise your booking will be forfeited.

A confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking.
Please carry a printed copy of the voucher during your trip.
For any changes to the booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
