Day 1Pathankot to Dharamshala – Arrival

Upon your arrival at Pathankot meet our representative. Get ready for the next part of your trip to Dharamshala. Enjoy the drive through the hills and valleys of Himachal Pradesh and arrive at Dharamshala. Check in at the hotel. Take some time to relax. You can spend the rest of the day doing whatever you like. Then you can enjoy dinner. Spend the night at the hotel. Enjoy your day. Your stay, at the hotel.

Day 2Dharamshala Local Sightseeing

On the second day, start your morning by having breakfast and then prepare yourself for the exploration of Dharamshala.Explore some of Dharamshala’s popular attractions, including the Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple, Bhagsu Waterfall and St. John in the Wilderness Church. Later you may visit the market in McLeod Ganj, There you can browse small shops and enjoy the lively surroundings. After you have finished all the sightseeing our team will take to the hotel in the evening.

Day 3Kangra Valley Day Trip

After breakfast you should get ready for an adventure in the Kangra Valley. Guide will take in the surroundings and visit popular places such as Kangra Fort and Masroor Rock Cut Temple following the sightseeing plan. The Kangra Valley is well known, for its beauty, historic temples and rich cultural heritage. After you have seen all these sights you should return to Dharamshala for dinner. At Dharamshala you can spend the night.

Day 4Dharamshala to Dalhousie and a night stay

After having breakfast, you need to check out of the hotel and proceed to Dalhousie. You can enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery en route. Once you have reached Dalhousie, you can check into the hotel and then explore the town by visiting Gandhi Chowk, Subhash Chowk, St. John’s Church and the local market.

Day 5Khajjiar Excursion – Dalhousie

After breakfast go on a day trip to Khajjiar, one of the beautiful places near Dalhousie. It is often called the Mini Switzerland of India. Khajjiar is known for its meadows tall deodar trees and amazing mountain views. Spend some time enjoying the beauty and take pictures. You can also look at nearby places depending on how much time you have and the road conditions. Go back to Dalhousie in the evening for dinner. Spend the night there.

Day 6Dalhousie to Pathankot – Departure

After breakfast leave the hotel. Start your trip to Pathankot. Enjoy the drive through the hills and valleys as your Himachal trip ends. When you arrive in Pathankot you will be taken to the railway station or your chosen drop point for your trip.

Day 7Delhi Drop

If you are travelling back to Delhi by road, continue your journey from Pathankot to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi with wonderful memories of your Dharamshala and Dalhousie trip. Your special Himachal trip ends here. Note: Day 7 Delhi drop depends on the transportation plan you choose. The order of sightseeing and access, to places can change because of weather, road conditions and local rules.

The months from March to June are ideal for visiting Dalhousie and Dharamshala because the weather is pleasant and sightseeing is enjoyable. July to September brings scenery but heavy rainfall can also occur. October to February is a choice for couples and for travelers who enjoy mild weather; snowfall may happen in Dalhousie and, in nearby higher areas.

Yes Khajjiar is usually included as a popular day excursion from Dalhousie. Khajjiar is famous, for meadows deodar forests and beautiful mountain views. However road access can depend on weather and local conditions during winter.

Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 2000.00 Per head Per Tour.
60 - 45 Days before Check in Date 25% of the package amount.
45 - 30 Days before Check in Date 50% of the package amount.
30 - 15 Days before Check in Date 75% of the package amount.
15 - 7 days before Check in Date 100% Retention.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be applicable based on the cancellation timeline.
Service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be made through our customer support.

Confirmation of Holiday Package/Hotel Room subjects to receipt of 100% payment.
The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is no-where bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification ( e.g, Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card) at the time of check-in into the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in into the hotel or wherever required.
As per the Government of India, rules all Foreign guests need to produce their Passport and Visa documents and Indian Guests Photo ID Proof(Passport, driving license, PAN Card, Voter ID card) to the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid any inconvenience at the date of checkout.
The hotel reserves the right of admission / cancellation of booking if guests fails to provide suitable identification proof at the time of check-in. Company will not be responsible for such aforesaid reasons.
Check in and checkout timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels policy. Early check-in or late check-out are on request basis only and subject to rooms
In case of non-availability of hotels given in package, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standards / category.
Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12 years
Meal Plan, if any, are specified in the voucher issued by Hotel and the same is applicable from the check in time of 12 noon, standard terms for a plan. Meals will be served as per the hotel policy. Extra, if any, will be payable by guest directly.
The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed or as based on the hotel policy. In case of child, hotel / package booked ‘without bed’ basis, and you Aprilided to take extra bed, then you have to pay that cost directly to hotel.
High Season / Festivals/ Peak season surcharges are applicable.
The rescheduling of date/postponement shall be treated as cancellation and confirmation of new dates subject to availability and in case of change of rates the difference shall be payable by the guest /tour operator.
The cancellation of booking governed by the cancellation policy of the hotel and service charge of INR 1000/-shall be applicable for each booking
On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation advance payment received shall be refunded subject to the Terms & The condition of cancellation policy of that specific hotel/resort.

Check out & Check in Timing as per hotels policy, if arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.

If a guests make a payment through any gateway, then extra above the package cost will be charged between 2% to 3.5% as processing fee.

For package confirmation you have to pay token amount. Then the HTZ reservation team will be sharing temporary voucher. After temporary voucher 30% to 50% of the package amount to be paid otherwise your booking will be forfeited.

Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
A confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking.
Please carry a printed copy of the voucher during your trip.
For any changes to the booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
